Creatine Mushrooms and Rhodiola from Osavi combines 5g of micronised creatine monohydrate with three mushroom fruiting body extracts, Rhodiola Rosea and key micronutrients. Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga are each standardised to 30% beta-glucans. Rhodiola Rosea is standardised to 3% rosavins. Vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid reduce fatigue. Zinc supports cognitive function and protects cells from oxidative stress. Naturally sweetened with stevia.
